Ingredients:
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
Fresh parsley or oregano, chopped (for garnish)

Dressing:

Steps:
