Ingredients:
 1 cup lettuce, chopped
 1 cucumber, sliced
 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
 Fresh parsley or oregano, chopped (for garnish)
 Salt and pepper, to taste Chili flakes (optional for spice)
Dressing:
 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Optional Topping:
 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or tzatziki (for creaminess)
Steps:
Prepare the Salad:

Wash and chop the lettuce.
Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
Assemble:

In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Add olives on top.
Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss and Serve:
