Imgredients:
1 pack of bok choy, cut in half, boiled half-cooked
1 chicken breast fillet, cut into pieces
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 onion sliced
Cornstarch solution
1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce ingredients
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
Salt, pepper
Marinade
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
How to
1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade for 15 minutes. Then stir-fry until cooked, remove from heat.
2. In the same pan, saute the garlic until fragrant, add the onion, saute briefly.
3. Add the sauce mixture, stir well, pour in enough water. After boiling, thicken with cornstarch solution.
4. Once it pops, add the chicken and bokchoy, stir well, bring to a boil again. Add sesame oil, remove from heat
