Romaine lettuce or mixed greens (1 cup)
Canned tuna (in water or oil, drained)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cucumber (sliced)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Dressing:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Lay a bed of lettuce or mixed greens in a large bowl.
Add the Toppings:
Arrange the tuna, avocado slices, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, sweet corn, and green onions in separate sections on top of the greens.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey or mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.
Assemble:
